Returns
Your purchase is protected by the LPS GUARANTEE: If you don't love any stock item, you get your money back.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns of custom length cuts of chain or cable (full drum quantities or stock length reels of cable may be eligible for return).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Tax Exempt/Resale Certificates
If your company is tax exempt or can provide a resale certificate we will be happy to refund sales tax when applicable. Please email your tax exempt or resale certificate to LiftPullSpecialty@Gmail.Com to request a sales tax refund.
